About the Founder

I am Liz Ryan Uhler,
the Founder of
Seasons Legal.

Before starting Seasons Legal, I spent over a decade advising high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients on estate planning and estate and trust administration matters at two well-regarded firms. That experience gave me deep technical expertise in this area of the law - expertise I now put to work for Seasons Legal clients without the overhead or impersonal feel of a large firm.

I approach every matter with kindness and compassion. I am detail-oriented and approachable, and I genuinely enjoy connecting with my clients and learning about who and what matters most to them.

When I am not practicing law, I am usually with my family - my husband, our two young kids and our rescue pup, Bluey - or friends, baking, reading or volunteering. You can regularly find me lending a hand at my kids’ elementary school or helping to coach or cheering for their youth sports teams.
